These terms apply to this website and to the ELITE ACADEMY management app on the web and on phones. By using them you agree to these terms.

Accounts

• Staff accounts are created by invitation from the academy's management; there is no open sign-up.
• An account is personal: do not share your password, and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.

Acceptable use

Use the app for the academy's purposes only. Do not try to reach data that is not yours, disrupt the service or get around its protections.

Accurate information

Guardians are responsible for the accuracy of the registration data and health notes they provide, and for telling us when anything changes.

Payments and receipts

A payment is recorded in the app and then approved by finance; the receipt issued after approval is the record of reference. An approved payment is never edited; a mistake is fixed with a new correcting entry.

Availability

We work to keep the service available, but it may sometimes stop for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

Privacy

The privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.

We publish any change on this page with the date it was updated.
